Call to Monterey County Artists! ♻️🎨

Submit your original works for the juried exhibition "Trash to Treasure – Wall Art Created from Upcycled Materials," opening October 2025 at the Monterey County Health Department in Salinas.

This is your chance to showcase creativity, sustainability, and community by transforming discarded items into something beautiful. Selected works will be displayed for up to one year and available for sale through Arts4MC.

Youth & JR. High Basketball Skills & Drills 🏀

The City of Marina Recreation Department invites young athletes to hit the court! Our program is designed to help players of all levels build skills, confidence, and a love for the game.

Through engaging drills, games, and age-appropriate instruction, participants will learn:
✨ Dribbling
✨ Passing
✨ Shooting
✨ Defense
✨ Teamwork

Led by experienced staff & coaches, players will gain a solid foundation in basketball while developing coordination, sportsmanship, and lasting friendships—all in a fun and supportive environment!
