💉 Level 2 has officially started LIVE STICKS! 🩸

Our Level 2 HCA students are continuing to learn and practice their phlebotomy skills. As they successfully complete their required skill checkoffs, they earn the opportunity to perform blood draws on real people—and we already have successful sticks! 🎉

Each student is working toward completing 30 successful live venipunctures as part of their phlebotomy training. That means we need lots of willing arms! 💪🩸

We have plenty of learning and practice ahead, but it’s exciting to see our students begin putting their skills into action and building confidence with every successful draw.

Congratulations to the HCA Class of 2026. 🎓🩺

From the first day of learning skills and medical terminology to clinicals, certifications, long study nights, live sticks, CPR, CNA, CCMA, and everything in between… this group has worked hard for every accomplishment.

This class leaves HCA with not only certifications and knowledge, but compassion, professionalism, resilience, and memories that will stay with them for years to come.

Watching this group grow into future healthcare professionals has been something special. The future of healthcare is brighter because of each of you.

Please help us congratulate Natalia Salinas Villa on graduating from University of Akron with her Associate Degree. Natalia was also one of only two students in Marion County awarded a full scholarship to The Ohio State University.

First, congratulations to all of the Level 2 Nicewaner class. Every student who tested for their CCMA certification passed. This group has worked incredibly hard, and their dedication has truly paid off.

As they finish their journey here at HCA, they are leaving with not only certifications and credentials, but also memories, experiences, friendships, and skills that will stay with them far beyond the classroom. We are proud of all they have accomplished and excited to see where their futures in healthcare take them.
