Since 1842, Marion Military Institute (in West Alabama) has been educating young leaders on its campus. We are a public, two-year junior college awarding associate degrees and accredited by SACS. Our one-year Service Academy Program caters to students seeking transfer to one of the five U.S. Service Academies (West Point, Naval, Air Force, Coast Guard, Merchant Marine). Air Force ROTC & Marine Corps PLC are additional military offer paths from MMI. Providing a character development curriculum, the Leadership Education Program has NO military obligation.
