During our visit to Greece, we could enjoy the beauty of spring wild flowers. They carpeted the fields around the archaeological sites. We spotted so many deep red poppies, especially at the ancient stadium at Olympia. These photos were taken by cadet Shernice Taylor.

We’re looking forward to our excursion to Pisa on day 5. The construction of the Bell Tower started in 1173 and was finished in 1399. It’s a remarkable example of medieval architecture.

Our cadets had a great time talking to parents this past weekend. We want to thank everyone who stopped by our table and supported our efforts by buying a care package and by showing interest in our upcoming trip to Italy.
We also want to thank the staff in the Institutional Advancement Office, the bookstore, and the Commandant’s Office for helping us promote our fundraiser.
