Time is running out to submit your questions for the March 25, 2014 Meet the School Board Candidates! Parents and community members alike, this message is written to you. It doesn't matter if your children are currently enrolled in Marshfield R-1 Schools or they graduated in 1980 and moved away. If you still live here and pay taxes in our community, this election will impact you too! The decisions made today will either benefit or harm our children, many of whom will grow up to be Marshfield's next leaders. Please don't take your responsibility lightly because our today is their tomorrow. Come hear where the Candidates stand and make an educated vote.

While on the topic of Carnival, would there at least be one person with a vehicle and trailer available Friday 2-3:30 and/or after 9 pm willing to load up and haul our larger items? We have games and a "prop" that won't really fit in a standard vehicle, trucks will help in a pinch but complicate the process by requiring an outstanding amount of trips to get everything. Our most sincere thanks in advance.

Believe it or not it is already time to start planning the PTSG Spring Carnival. THE COLD WON'T LAST FOREVER! I invite anyone who is ready to help us pull off this year's event to click the link below.

At this point there will be no PTSG meeting on Jan 9 as we'd previously planned in order to allow everyone to readjust once school resumes. It has not yet been decided if we'll only postpone a week or forego the January meeting entirely and start fresh in February. That being said, Homeroom Parents need to start contacting their teams via phone, text, or email to start planning their Valentine Parties. The Valentinefest meeting will be scheduled for 6:30 pm on Jan 21 in the Shook library and the PTSG Carnival Meeting will be set up for Jan 23 after school in the JH Library.
