Skyhawk spirit runs deep for Austin Dunagan. This fourth-generation UT Martin graduate received his business administration degree on May 2, and this fall he is headed to the UT Health Science Center to pursue his doctor of dentistry degree.

UT Martin alumnus Mark Joyner (’97) has spent his career helping generations of families flourish through leadership, service, and mentorship. From launching his first brokerage office to founding The Wealth Management Group in Paducah, Kentucky, his journey reflects the power of hard work, resilience, and investing in others.

Today, Mark continues giving back through The Platinum Project, mentoring high school students and encouraging the next generation to lead with purpose.

UT Martin alumni gathered in Atlanta on Saturday, May 23, to cheer on the Atlanta Braves, reconnect with fellow Skyhawks, and celebrate the strength of our alumni community.

From shared memories to new connections, nights like these remind us that no matter where life takes us, the Skyhawk spirit travels with us.

Busy morning at the office!

We enjoyed hosting Wake Up Weakley County with the Weakley County Chamber of Commerce. Then we headed over to Watkins for UTM's Memorial Day Commemoration event to honor those in service and who have served. Thank you to UTM alumnus Col. John Cooper for being our guest speaker. It was an honor to hear your story and your kind words about UTM. Today, we're thankful for those involved in the Weakley County community, past and present troops, and supporters of the university.

Our office will be closed at 3 PM today for the holiday weekend. If you need anything, you can email us or leave a voicemail. We hope you all have a safe weekend!
