Have a business idea? It might be time to pitch it.

The 2026 4CD Pitch Competition is open to anyone enrolled in a 4CD course at Contra Costa College, Diablo Valley College, or Los Medanos College. That includes traditional students, dual-enrolled high school students, and community members taking non-credit Community Education courses.

There are no categories or tracks; business ideas of all kinds are welcome. Entry is free, and participants will have the chance to compete for cash prizes.

Applications open September 15.

Please join us in welcoming Jason Madrigal to 4CD as a Social Media & Marketing Intern! Jason is a Communication Studies student at Diablo Valley College and also attends Los Medanos College.

With previous communications experience in local government, he is passionate about making information clear, engaging, and accessible to the communities it serves. He is interested in pursuing a career in public information and public-sector communications and looks forward to highlighting students and programs while learning more about communications at the district level.
