Part-time position at Lake Land College. The CTE Recruiter is responsible for attracting, engaging and enrolling students into career and technical education programs offered by the College.

Essential job functions include:
◇ Attending college fairs and community events to promote the College's programs and resources.
◇ Giving classroom presentations to high school students at in-district high schools and some in Indiana.
◇ Providing information and guidance to prospective students regarding CTE program options, admission requirements and career pathways.
◇ Assisting students in the application and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition into the College's CTE programs.
◇ Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities, including contact information for prospective students and partners.
◇ Performing other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree required. Prior community college recruitment experience preferred. Familiarity with CTE programs and their relevance in the workforce required.

Essential job functions include:

◇ Ensure all pre-flighting preparation and printing of Print jobs meet customer specifications.
◇ Schedule and assign print shop and mailroom tasks.
◇ Ensure all outgoing mail is processed timely and in the most cost-effective manner.
◇ Ensure all incoming mail is processed and distributed timely and accurately.
◇ Produce daily printing jobs as a working supervisor.
◇ Provide customer quotes and adjust digital storefront pricing as necessary.
◇ Determine appropriate pricing for merchandise and services and bill customers accordingly.
◇ Evaluate and upgrade equipment to ensure efficient operations.
◇ Manage inventory control and order supplies.
◇ Control and monitor budget on a regular basis.
◇ Evaluate, analyze and negotiate maintenance contracts.

Associate degree required. Bachelor degree preferred. Combination of relevant training and/or experience totaling a minimum of five years. Background in printing and graphics art applications in either business or education required. Manual dexterity, ability to use complex machinery, ability to troubleshoot high-teach equipment and ability to analyze photocopying equipment required.

Adjunct Surgical Technology Program Instructor

Adjunct position at Lake Land College. The Adjunct Surgical Technology Program Instructor is responsible for teaching in discipline areas as assigned by the respective division chair. Essential job functions include preparing instructional materials including a course syllabus, preparing and delivering instruction to students in modalities assigned by the division chair and approved by the Vice President for Academic Services, submitting required documentation including attendance and final course grades, being available to students and considering the general and special needs of each student, advising and counseling students to assist them in accomplishing their course and program goals, and performing other related duties as assigned.

Must be a graduate of an education program in surgical technology accredited by a nationally recognized programmatic accreditation agency. Must possess a credential in the field of surgical technology through a national certification program accredited by the National Commission on Certifying Agencies (NCAA).

Minimum of two years experience required, either in the operating room scrub role or as an instructor in surgical technology, or a combination of both, within the past five years.

Essential functions include leading cross-functional strategic initiative project teams, providing leadership and direction for daily project activities, tracking project timelines and deliverables, keeping the President's Cabinet and stakeholders fully advised on strategic initiative progress, evaluating strategic initiative projects to identify shortcomings and plan for improvements, continuously assessing and improving the strategic planning process, identifying and providing data to support institutional strategic initiatives, managing project budgets and ensuring appropriate fiscal control and accountability, directing projects within and across major units of the College and performing other duties as assigned.

Master's Degree preferred. Bachelor's Degree required in a field relevant to project management or business management. Project Management Professional certification, or similar education, preferred. Higher education experience preferred. Three to five years minimum demonstrated experience in project management or managing a strategic initiative(s) required.
