🎉🍳 INTRODUCING A BRAND-NEW TEENS WITH TOOLS CAMP… JR. CHEF ACADEMY! 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

We are so excited to announce the addition of Jr. Chef Academy to our Teens With Tools summer camp lineup at Lake Land College Community Learning!

This hands-on culinary camp is designed especially for Jr. High students who are ready to explore the exciting world of cooking and kitchen operations. Campers will learn valuable culinary skills including:

🔪 Knife skills
🥘 Food prep techniques
🧼 Food safety and kitchen operations
👨‍🍳 Teamwork and confidence in the kitchen

The week will wrap up with a special final-night experience where students will prepare and serve a meal for invited guests, showcasing everything they’ve learned! 🍽️✨

Calling all curious creators, artists, explorers, and nature lovers! Our NEW Nature Journaling Camp is the perfect opportunity for Jr. High students to slow down, explore the outdoors, and turn creativity into adventure!

Campers will:
✨ Create and design their own handmade journals
🌱 Learn about Illinois native plants and wildlife
🎨 Make collages and nature-inspired art
🍃 Explore observation, mindfulness, and outdoor discovery
