Graduate Students of Public Health (GSPH) Texas A&M Health Science Center- Mcallen Campus Student Organization The outcome of these goals is to assist in the professional development of member students.

GSPH strives to increase the visibility and image of Texas A&M Health Science Center McAllen Campus. GSPH aims to increase the competencies of our member students to benefit the community and establish a solid network of public health professionals between GSPH members and public health practitioners in the Rio Grande Valley. The goals presented below will be accomplished through continued involve

ment in community projects, combined efforts with external agencies, social events, and networking events for the benefit of our community.

Reminder tomorrow our Campus will be hosting the HIDA-REY Public Health Forum tomorrow, Friday October 7, from 8:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. in honor of the Border Binational Health Week (BBHW) 2011. This event will provide an excellent opportunity to hear about public health concerns and initiatives in Mexico. This forum will also allow for live interaction between our MPH students and counterparts from our sister city Reynosa. We encourage you to come! :D
