Anxiety is real, valid, and more common than many people realize. By learning the signs, understanding the causes, and encouraging healthy coping strategies, we can create supportive spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to seek help. Healing begins when we talk openly and support one another without judgment.

Let’s continue the conversation and surrounding mental health.

✨ Alpha Delta Beta Omega’s April Recap ✨

April was blooming with sisterhood, service, leadership, and community impact 🌸💗 Here’s a look at how Alpha Delta Beta Omega showed up throughout the month:

💚 73rd South Atlantic Regional Conference – Sorors attended the 73rd SAR Conference and participated in fellowship, leadership workshops, professional development, and unforgettable sisterly bonding experiences.

🎬 First Friday: MOVIE NIGHT – MICHAEL 🎤🔥 – A night filled with great vibes, laughter, fellowship, and an unforgettable movie experience with sorors.

🧠 Step In The Name of Wellness – We focused on supporting mental wellness within our community by distributing stress management resources, educational handouts, flyers, and stress balls to attendees and community members.

🌎 Girls First Community Garden 2026 Earth Day Kickoff – Earth Day was celebrated by engaging children and community members in fun, educational activities including planting seeds, passing out coloring sheets, and encouraging environmental awareness.

🐆 WILD About A.K.A. – Sorors brought the energy to our April chapter meeting dressed in animal print and sisterly spirit!

🗳️ Yellow Pollen Festival – In downtown Hampton, GA, we assisted with setup while also supporting voter registration, voter education, and voter verification efforts within the community.
