Destination 2030: A long-range master plan built around enrollment growth, workforce demand, facility conditions, and community input.

Adopted by the Board of Trustees in 2023, Phase I tackled the college's biggest priorities: rising enrollment, workforce gaps, and aging learning spaces. Most of that work is already done, with the rest wrapping up in 2027.

Now, Bond 2026 picks up where Phase I left off, funding Phases II and III to expand access in fast-growing communities, build capacity in high-demand programs, and modernize facilities across the college.
