April is Child Abuse Prevention Month
As social workers, we are called to protect, advocate, and uplift the most vulnerable members of our communities. Child abuse prevention starts with awareness, education, and action—and it takes all of us.
This month, we stand with children and families by:
• Promoting safe, stable, and nurturing relationships
• Supporting parents and caregivers with resources and compassion
• Speaking up when we see signs of harm
• Advocating for policies that protect children
Every child deserves to grow up in a safe and supportive environment. Together, we can help create a future where every child thrives.
