This laboratory conducts research concerning the development and evaluation of both diagnostic and remediation procedures to overcome disablements associated with hearing loss. Issues studied include the improvement of hearing aid fitting, measurement of the outcome of audiological rehabilitation and the development of tools for facilitating such rehabilitation.

The University of Memphis Audiology program is looking for a Clinical Assistant Professor (adult focus — diagnostics and hearing aids).
That’s right, friends: adult hearing aids. We’re genuinely excited about this position and the collaboration potential with HARL.
