Kathryn Garland- Crye-Leike, Realtors Memphis Area Real Estate Kathryn Garland grew up a real estate family and has a love and appreciation for the business that was cultivated from a young age.

As a third generation Realtor, she entered the Real Estate Business in 2006. Having originally studied at the College of Charleston in South Carolina, she returned to Memphis and majored in Real Estate at the University of Memphis. Kathryn has lived all over the city of Memphis from Germantown, Midtown to Downtown to East Memphis and has extensive knowledge of the areas. She believes in educating

her clients on the home buying and selling process and ensuring her clients that she will guide them through this process with as much ease as possible. Kathryn holds several real estate designations and certifications such as CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, SRS, Seller Representative Specialist and ABR, Accredited Buyers Representative designations and ePro and At Home With Diversity certifications. She is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors, Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR), Tennessee Realtors (TR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR). Kathryn is a life member of MAAR's Multi Million Dollar Club, she was the 2016 Women's Council of Realtors Local Treasurer, 2017 Membership Chair, 2018 President Elect and the 2019 Women’s Council of Realtors Memphis President. Kathryn was a member of the 2016 Leadership MAAR class. She also served as Secretary/Treasurer for the Memphis Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors for 2018, the 2019 President Elect and the 2020 President for the Memphis Area Association of Realtors. She is currently the 2023/2024 Western Division Vice President for Tennessee Realtors. in 2021 Kathryn was named Realtor of the Year for the Memphis Area Association of Realtors.
