Barret School of Banking Barret School of Banking (Paul W. Barret, Jr. School of Banking) The curriculum is reviewed and updated annually by a committee from the Board of Regents.

The School is governed by a Board of Regents, which includes bankers in senior management positions from several states. The Regents serve voluntarily, without compensation except for travel related expenses, as a commitment to advance educational attainment of employees in the industry. The curriculum of Barret School of Banking is designed to provide a high degree of understanding of all commerc

ial banking functions. The faculty comprises outstanding business, financial, and educational leaders who are experts in their chosen fields. Each faculty member is evaluated annually, and faculty selection and review are conducted prior to each school session by a committee of Regents.

The Paul W. Barret, Jr. School of Banking is a non-profit institution dedicated to strengthening community banking through advanced, graduate-level education for banking professionals across the country.

Reflecting on an incredible week of learning, collaboration, and connection across the banking industry, Tracey said: “We had so much fun, learned a ton from each other, and walked away with a whole new appreciation for the roles we all play at our banks."
