CBU’s TriBeta Biology Honors society hosted a bark break with shelter dogs to help students de-stress during midterms. Both the pups and the students had a great time!

Hi everyone!
It's bowling time again! CBU's chapter of the TriBeta Biology Honors society is throwing its annual Bowling for Uganda charity fundraiser on Friday, November 1st, from 6-8PM at Billy Hardwick's All-Star Lanes. Tickets are $20 per person, which gets you 2 hours of bowling, shoe rental, and pizza + soda for your lane. We will also have a raffle with gifts and gift cards to local businesses! Alumni are welcome to reserve tickets and attend - we have several faculty that are coming, as well as current students, family, and friends, and it would be great to catch up with you!
Please email me ([email protected]) to reserve tickets! There will be 5 people to a lane, so if you would like to get a group together and reserve a lane, you are welcome to! Payments may be made in cash or through Venmo to .

We are looking for an educator able to teach our Neuroscience and Physiology courses, as well as conduct research with our upper-level Biology and Biomedical Science majors. Next weekend, on Saturday Apr 13th, the Biology Department of the CBU School of Sciences will be hosting the annual Western Collegiate Division Meeting of the Tennessee Academy of Science! Undergraduates and graduate students from CBU and the local area will be presenting on their research, in topics such as Ecology and Environmental Biology, Physics and Astronomy, Health and Medical Science, Chemistry, Engineering, and more! We are very excited to showcase the accomplishments of our students!

Beta Beta Beta Biology Honors Society hosted Brittney and Smiles, two pups from Memphis Animal Services, for a stress-relieving Bark Break this week! They were so sweet and loved all the pets they got from the students, faculty, and staff at CBU!
