Settling Deadlines for Summer 2019 semester
•PA students must be settled by Friday, May 17, 2019.
•Full Term (8 weeks) & June Summer Day (5 weeks) must be settled by Friday, May 24, 2019.
•All other courses with a June start date must be settled by Friday, May 31, 2019.
•All other courses with a July start date must be settled by Friday, June 28, 2019.
CBU offers a 2 month payment plan for the Summer 2019 Term. Students MUST enroll through TOUCHNET

The Business Office will be closing today, May 7, 2019 at noon to allow employees an opportunity to participate in our annual ‘Employee Appreciation’ day. The office will reopen on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 with normal business hours.

Tuesday, April 30 is a big day for celebrating retirements at CBU!
• The Business Office invites the community to stop by the Staub Lounge on the second floor of the Cooper-Wilson Center between noon and 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday to wish Johnnie Sue Huddleston (Studio Arts '14) well in her retirement, after 14 years in Accounts Receivable.

If you are going on vacation for spring break remember to settle your account before you leave.

Due to the change in reporting qualified tuition and related expenses (QTRE) on the IRS Form 1098-T, CBU will need to make corrections to each student’s 1098-T Tax form- Box 1. We encourage you to hold off on filing your 2018 tax return until you receive the corrected 1098T-T Tax form.

Corrected 1098-T Tax forms are scheduled to be mailed on Monday, February 11, 2019.

1098-T Tax Forms are in the mail.

Due to unforeseen software issues, 1098-T Tax Forms will not be available for viewing/printing on Bannerweb until mid-February.

The IRS requires the University to include a valid Social Security number on 1098-T statements. Students that do not have a valid social security number on file will not receive a 1098-T Tax Form.

2019 Spring Term Tuition Payment Information
• Beginning this Saturday, December 1, the 5-month payment plan for spring term will be available.
• A payment plan enrollment fee of $40 will be charged each semester.
• The first installment is due at enrollment, with subsequent payments due on the first of each month.
• A $20 late fee will be added for any payment received after the 15th of the month.
• Unpaid balances will be charged 1% interest each month.
• Any account not on a payment plan must be paid in full by Friday, January 4, 2019
The 2019 spring semester settlement deadline is Friday, January 4, 2019.

Registering for classes after the deadline will incur a $250 late registration fee.

The Business Office cannot accept cash payments over $1,000 per person per day.
