ISU-Meridian Fitness Center Hours:
Monday-Friday: 6:30-8:00 am and from 3:00-6:30pm

Spring Semester 2014 Wellness Classes:
Yoga:
Monday from 1:10-2:00 pm
Tuesday/Thursday from 12-12:50
Classes held in the exercise room across from the front desk. All supplies are available to you: mats, blocks, straps, etc.
