A couple of weeks ago our Eastfield guitar students were visited by the director of guitar studies at the University of Houston, Jeremy Garcia. Brian Cadena and Dillano Quijano received great praise and valuable feedback as well as encouragement from the other members of Professor Garcia’s flamenco troupe, Solero Flamenco.

We are grateful!

Congratulations to Brian Cadena and Dillan Quijano on a successful sophomore recital last night! Both students performed solo programs approximately 25 minutes in length, and concluded the program with some duets.

Great job, guys!

Thanks to our guitar student, Daniela Maldonado, for making this great poster. Thanks also to our longtime friend and supporter, Vladimir Kolopic, for the great photos Daniela used. Come check these hard-working students out next week!
