RMKS/1. This NAVADMIN announces the immediate recall of all DEC-25Bs, Tactical Cargo Airborne Delivery Carriers (TacCAnDY) incorporating the Cargo Antlered Navigation Equipment Sensors (CANES). Further, immediate Individual Augmentee recall is authorized for SCCM(SEAL/PJ/FPJ/SCW/EXW/AW/SW) Kristoph Kringle as well as DEVGRU 12-25 members: SO1(SEAL) Dasher, SO1(SEAL) Dancer, SO2(SEAL) Prancer, SO2(SEAL) Vixen, SO3(SEAL) Comet, SO2(SEAL) Cupid, SO2(SEAL) Donner, and SO3(SEAL) Blitzen. SOC(SEAL) Rudolph is authorized to report for duty upon successful NAMI waiver for a condition relating to his nose.
2. Due to the complex nature of JSOC mission requirements, relaxed grooming standards have been authorized. Per Diem and travel variations have been authorized to include non-standard quantities of hot cocoa and cookies. The use of a Government Travel Card is mandatory. All members are subject to the UCMJ while on active-duty orders.
3. This NAVADMIN will remain in effect until superseded or canceled, whichever occurs first.
