Adult Learning Center at NEO A&M College The NEO Adult Learning Center offers free prep classes for GED and HiSET Tests, as well as ESL and ASL classes to help improve individual communication.

The NEO Adult Learning Center is here to help you sharpen your skills. We offer free classes to aid you in improving your academic skills in math and english as well as obtaining your High School Equivalency (HSE) certificate through GED or HiSET prep courses. We also offer English as a Second Language (ESL) and American Sign Language (ASL) classes.

For those of you went through GED or HiSET testing to receive your high School Equivalency/Diploma in Oklahoma, we are now using Parchment.com to access and to get copies of your diploma or transcripts and no longer using Diploma Sender. Instructions below can help you find your way through the system.

If you took the GED or HiSET test to receive your high school diploma and are needing to get your hands on an official copy, Oklahoma has recently changed it's provider from Diploma Sender to Parchment. See the information below to go through that process.
