NEO GOLD Mentoring Program NEO GOLD is the peer mentor program for online students enrolled at Northeastern A&M College in Miam We have four goals:
1.

NEO GOLD (Guidance for Online Learning and Discovery) is designed to provide online students with an experienced mentor who can help them navigate the online learning environment. The mentor is available to answer questions, provide resources, and offer encouragement. Provide resources that will address and close the gaps students have in being prepared for online classes.
2. Provide informat

ion to help students strengthen their time management skills and self-efficacy.
3. Help students understand how to navigate resources, systems, and policies.
4. Encourage a sense of belonging among online students, to help them feel a connection to NEO and their classmates.
