FIU's Department of Information Systems & Business Analytics (ISBA) provides students with the fundamental skills to serve as the critical link between the technical and business areas of an organization. Students are empowered with the knowledge and ability to design, develop, and implement information systems that will help enterprises solve their business analytics problems effectively. Student

Congratulations to our Panthers for scoring the Academic Excellence Award from FIU Business for their case competition at the KPMG HSI Battle of the Brains competition last October.

Out of 18 other competing universities, their team won "Best Deliverables."

Their journey to the competition brought them together to work outside of their comfort zones and connected them with valuable opportunities, including networking with recruiters from major employers like Apple, Dell, Visa and Amazon.
