🎓 Last night we wrapped up Scale Up Miami Cohort 11 at with a powerful pitch competition and graduation ceremony.
 
Thanks to the continued investment of , this cohort brought together 35 small business owners from all over Miami Dade County.

Miami’s entrepreneurs showed up to level up.

More than 100 small business owners joined us for the Small Business AI Jam — a nationwide effort by with support from to bring practical, hands-on AI training to Main Street businesses.

Miami business owners built real AI tools side-by-side with ChatGPT mentors — solutions they can use immediately to save time, streamline operations, and grow. This is accessible innovation in action. 💡

We’re proud that served as a regional convener alongside and to bring this to Miami.

Huge thank-you to OpenAI, DoorDash, and for investing in the entrepreneurs who power our local economy. 🙌

first joined us at The Idea Center through the Blackstone Sports Innovation Challenge, where he led his team with grit and creativity to win the local challenge and compete at the statewide finals in Orlando. 😃
 
Since then, he’s played a key role at The Idea Center, helping launch a million-dollar internship program that’s connecting students with life-changing opportunities across Miami’s startup ecosystem.
 
Now beginning his first semester at , Jordan’s journey is just getting started. His dedication and leadership remind us why we do this work — to help students turn potential into possibility. 🚀

This week we wrapped up Cohort 3!👏 With 40 new graduates, we’ve now reached 120+ entrepreneurs trained through this program.
 
Over the past weeks, participants:

🤖 Built their own digital assistants
⚡ Created automations to streamline operations
 
Together, we’re proving that AI isn’t the future, it’s the present of small business innovation in Miami. 🤩
