Hi!

I’m the Digital Resources and Experience Librarian, making sure our library stays connected to e-books, databases, and multimedia. I also serve as the liaison librarian for the College of Health Sciences.

One of my newest hobbies? Collecting plants—my office is starting to resemble a greenhouse! And yes, like many librarians, I love reading… so much so that I’ve definitely scheduled vacation time around book release dates when needed.

I'm Lamonica Sanford! As Assessment Librarian, I work behind the scenes by collecting and reporting data on how our library resources and services are utilized (i.e. usage stats, website, etc). I also work with our content management system and data analytics tools. As Library Liaison to the College of Education and Department of Communication, I can provide one-on-one consultations, specialized instruction, and work with faculty in these areas to build the library's collection. I enjoy traveling, soccer, walking, swimming, and cycling.

I'm Sara Jordan, and I specialize in first- & second-year experience in the library and assisting students with their research. I like reading (a lot of sci-fi & fantasy), crocheting, board games and tabletop role playing games. My liaison areas are Music, Music Therapy, Math and Theatre & Dance.

Hi,

I'm Evan Leavitt, and I'm an Archivist and Assistant Professor of Library Science in Special Collections. As an archivist, it's my job to preserve the many histories of Georgia College, Milledgeville, and the Middle Georgia area, and that includes your experience too! I also teach in the library's Information Studies minor and curate all of our exhibits. When not at work, I'm either enjoying searching for records or hanging out with my partner and our sweet, old tabby cat.

I'm the Associate Director (AD) for Special Collections, University Archivist, and Interim Records Manager. My role as AD means I make sure Special Collections has what it needs to function. As university archivist and interim records manager, I specialize in campus materials, both that the state requires us to keep for open government policies and that help tell the story of the university for future generations. I have two dogs, three cats, and I enjoy reading, visiting state parks, and making wreaths!

I'm Elizabeth!

I've loved books and I've loved reading since I was little. I read everything and every genre. My favorite niche genres are medieval horror and non-fiction cultural folklore. I never go anywhere without a book, a craft project, and snack in my purse. I like my coffee cold, even in the winter.

If I'm not a work, I'm probably outside trying to befriend the local wild life. I do believe in bigfoot. I think that movie theaters were the last best invention in the world. My favorite movie is The Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Rings but only the extended edition or it doesn't count.

Hi, I’m Q!

I’m part of the team at the Ina Dillard Russell Library, where I work in the Access Services department. I manage the technology equipment that students, faculty, and staff can check out, making sure everything is ready to use. I also collaborate with professors and students to explore how tech can enhance learning in the classroom. Day to day, I help patrons with computer issues, wayfinding, and software support to keep things running smoothly.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to live sporting events, listening to music, and working on hands-on projects around the house.

Hi, I'm Tanya!

I manage the Studios, services, reservations, and social media of the library, and I'm currently interim for Access Services, so I make sure you can access the books, technology, and media that you need to be the most well-rounded Bobcats you can be!

I'm a big movie fan and anime fan, love the horror, action, and sci-fi genres the best, and love playing games when time allows, reading to some lo-fi!
