Milligan MSC Milligan UniversityMaster of Science in Counseling prepares students for careers in school counseling Classes are scheduled in late afternoons and evenings.

Milligan College's Master of Science in Counseling prepares students for careers in school counseling, addictions counseling, and clinical mental health counseling. The program consists of six full semesters, including two summer sessions. A new class enrolls each fall semester, and courses meet on the main campus of Milligan College in Northeast Tennessee. Some courses are available online.

What an awesome weekend with the Healing Effects of Nature class! These are 6 wonderful humans who have terrific skills for counseling and hearts for God! We laughed, hiked, some swam, did a type of scavenger hunt, breathed, watched thunderstorms, focused on conditions for growth, did yoga, talked knots metaphorically, created and gave back our creations, worshiped, and communed. A much needed reset!!

I’m sorry- I know I had 2 who want to take the Level 2 Gottman Couples training (graduates from 2024-now). They waived needing more to receive the discount- cost is $225. I have you, Sarah; who else wanted this? I need to sign the contract tomorrow. Thanks!

Here are the prices for what I can offer through MU:
Level 1 is $157.50 (you can join our class!)
Level 2, it's $225 if we can get 5 or more
Treating couples with Affairs & Trauma is $112.50 if we can get 5 or more
Therapy for Partners with Aggression & Abuse is $124.50 if we can get 5 or more

This is a significant reduction, and for those of you who may need CEs already, those can be purchased for an additional fee of $40 (a steal!). Email me for more information.

Kinley, one of our GAs, did a fantastic job presenting her longitudinal research on student counselors-in-training having less to juggle internally when they feel confident in their skills thus able to be attentive and connect even better with their clients. Great work, Kinley!
