Instructors
Lead Instructor - Tom Rzonca: An award-winning UX designer, creative director, and educator, Tom brings decades of industry and academic experience in user experience design, interactive content, visual communication, and curriculum development. His work spans enterprise systems, data visualization, digital media, and AI-driven applications across both private industry and government sectors. Tom’s teaching emphasizes clarity, usability, and real-world relevance, bridging design theory with professional practice.
Co-Instructor - Ziteng Wang: Graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in Film and Media. She is currently serving as the Creative Director at Nordera Media, specializing in AI-driven video creativity. Her notable works include the documentary Father of the Exile and narrative shorts A Breath Under the Water and The Death of Oil Field.
Guest Speaker – Shanglong Li: A bestselling author with more than ten million copies sold, he is also an AI influencer and entrepreneur. He is a founding partner at AIVolution Capital, where he focuses on early-stage AI investments.
Guest Speaker - Shadow Liu: A comedy playwright, director, and writer, her best-known works include the comedy theatre series Emerald on the Dessert Plate and The Twelfth Night in Silicon Valley. Her work explores humor, fate, and the emotional crises of humanity in the AI era, examining the intersection of technology, human experience, and artistic expression.
