Just in - The Last Repair Shop,just won the Oscar for Best Documentary Short Film. It's a heartmoving, joyful film about Los Angeles' program to provide musical instruments to any student in the public school who wants to learn to play an instrument. And about the devoted artisans who maintain and repai those instruments to keep the program going

UWM Piano Faculty Elena Abend is joined by Kaia String Quartet violinist Victoria Moreira in a recital for violin and piano on November 18th 7.30pm at the Peck School of the Arts Recital Hall.
Ms. Moreira will also conduct a chamber music masterclass for violin and piano duos on Wednesday November 15th 4-5.30pm at the UWM Recital Hall MUS 175 (2400 E. Kenwood Blvd, Milwaukee WI 53211)

Our established performing arts academy is seeking a piano instructor to join our team. We encourage a creative, fun, and energetic work environment.
Our Music Teachers are responsible for:
~Creating lesson plans to meet each individual student's needs and education goals.
~Delivering quality music instruction to students of various ages and levels.
~Preparing students for our two music recitals (winter and spring) per year.
~Attending staff meetings as required.
