We are kicking off a new season of conferences with the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association Fall Clinic in Wisconsin Dells. We are having great conversations about our Sport and Recreation Management master’s degree program as well as our 4+1 undergraduate Sport Management degree. It’s our third year at this conference, and it’s great to see familiar faces and more interest in learning about our programs.

Professor Karen Fischer, who leads our Master of Science in Professional Counseling program at WLC, is in Colorado this week. She had the privilege of presenting a workshop entitled, “Transformative Supervision: Resilience and Spirituality for Trainees with Trauma" with Dr. Michelle Hollomon at the national conference of the Christian Association of Psychological Studies in Denver.

This conference draws together Christian psychologists, educators, and counselors to learn more about various integrative work in the helping profession.
