If you have AT&T as your cell phone or internet carrier, you may be experiencing an outage. This is nationwide. If you don't have AT&T, but your trying to contact someone who does, you may not be able to get through. Try restarting your phone. That's what I did and now it's working just fine.

AT&T’s network went down for many of its customers across the United States Thursday morning, leaving customers unable to place calls, text or access the internet. By late morning, the company said most of its network had been restored.

Hi, everyone! I hope the day finds you all doing well.
I'm sorry I've been away for so long.
So, I was in one of many prepper groups here on Facebook when I saw someone posting about a water pump they have for 5 gallon water bottles. Hers was battery operated. I'm thinking that it's probably a good idea to have some non-powered options. Electricity can go out, batteries die, etc.
This is what we have in my house. It's completely "people-powered". No batteries or electricity needed and very simple to use. It's also very cheap (less than $10). We found ours at Menards near the water softener stuff. Here's a picture of it from their website. You can order it online if you don't have a Menards near you.
What are your thoughts?

I just saw this today. I have no idea how true this is, but it's definitely possible. Be aware that people are already stock piling supplies again for the winter. It's probably not a bad idea. What do you think?

Hi, everyone! I hope you're all still doing well and you're all in good health.
Unfortunately, I've had to deal with more covid19 than I hoped for. I've lost more friends to it, one of my children has been exposed more than once (but tested negative afterward), and I have another family member in the hospital dealing with a covid infection right now. This is definitely no joke. Be careful out there, folks!
Since I work for a nearby school district, my job is still "closed" until further notice. I've been out of work since March 13th. Maybe it'll open again after Christmas, but I don't see it happening before that. Maybe I'm wrong. I just don't know. Nobody knows.
Are any of you struggling with a lack of work?
Have you all managed to escape coronavirus so far?
Are you all ok? How are you?

It's been a while since I've been around. I've had a few friends and family members that caught covid19 die from it and a few others recover after spending time on a ventilator. This definitely isn't a hoax. I really hope your experience (or lack of experience) with it has been better.
How are all of you doing? Are you all ok as far as your health? Are you all back to work/ still working?

I've been watching a few things lately. Let me tell you about them...
1) Russia has offered bounties to the Afghan military to kill US soldiers in their area.
2) Kim Yo Jong was given permission by her brother, Kim Jong Un, to blow up a building on the border between North and South Korea used for peaceful communication between the 2 countries. She did blow it up.
3) Russian planes keep flying into our airspace over Alaska.
4) China attacked India over a disputed border in the Himalayas. It's been said that this could've been a message to us in regards to China showing off their military prowess to us.
5) North Korea has threatened us multiple times in the past (including at least once very recently) and there's really not any reason to believe that they won't follow through on those threats eventually.
This all seems to be coming to a head at very awkward time for the US. What are your thoughts about all this? Is it all just a weird coincidence? Do you think something bigger is going on?

So, a tracker has been installed on EVERYONE'S phone without your knowledge or permission. This is why all the phone companies had issues early this week. Since this was done in the name of the Covid19 pandemic, it's not technically a violation of privacy or constitution. My phone never alerted me to the fact that it was downloading, updating, or installing anything. It's just there now.
Here's how to find it:
If you have an iphone, go to settings, privacy, health.
If you have an android, go to settings, then scroll down to Google.
It'll probably say it's turned off, but be aware... it IS tracking you everywhere you go whether it's turned on or not. Turning it off only prevents it from notifying YOU of any potential contact with a person that has Covid19. Turning it off does NOT prevent your device from tracking you.
Update: Some information has been shared that appears to show that you need to download a 2nd app to make this tracker work. The info shared doesn't look at all how it looks on my phone, so I still have some confusion about it. In short, it's possible that a 2nd app is necessary for this new feature to work (even though my phone doesn't say that). It's also come to my attention that some people noticed this new thing on their phones up to a month ago. I only found out about it this morning.

Geez! If it's not one thing, it's another.
Is anyone being effected by this mess at all? Apparently, it's not just TMobile. It's most carriers.

If you're unable to make calls or use mobile data on your phone in the U.S. right now, you aren't alone. User reports are showing outages on all U.S. carriers across the country.

Hello, lovely people!
I hope you're all well and enjoying the beginning of summer the best you can with Covid19 still being a thing. It's still spreading, so please be cautious.
There are also riots, looting, and protests. I just want to clarify that there's a big difference between rioting and protesting. One is peaceful and one is not. I believe that the majority of people involved in the Black Lives Matter movement are peaceful protesters just trying to make a difference. I believe that a person's skin color is not threatening. I believe that black lives matter. If you agree, the are lots of ways for you to help. You can even join a peaceful march, if you're so inclined. I, myself, have marched with a protest group recently. They were such nice people.... they offered snacks, water, etc to everyone present without prejudice.
Anyway, that being said, be cautious of groups that are rioting (destroying things, starting fires, hurting people, etc) and groups that are looting (breaking into and stealing from businesses). Stay away from them or you might end up in a dangerous situation.
