Your responses will support research by UMN student Selah Slag and professor Jesse Engebretson on factors that influence students’ sustainable behaviors.

Together, we can save time, money and CO2 emissions to achieve the U’s Climate Action Plan of reducing commuting emissions by 40% by 2030.

☕️Join us for an in-person Sustainability Coffee Chat on Thursday, Oct. 15 at the RecWell Multipurpose Room 6 with the School of Nursing Center for Planetary Health and Environmental Justice. 🌎

This University-wide talk will explore planetary health as a shared framework for navigating rapid technological innovation, using artificial intelligence and its expanding digital infrastructure as a timely case study. The discussion will examine the connections between human well-being, technology and the health of the living systems on which we all depend.

On Friday, we kicked off the new school year with the Sustainability Action Fair as part of Welcome Week! 🌱
First-year and transfer students (and Goldy) stopped by to connect with sustainability clubs/orgs, units and resources, learn about ways to get involved, guess how much our new solar expansion project (from 2 MW ➡️ 6 MW) could power, and discover how they can take action on campus and beyond.
