At the 77th Annual Meeting of the Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA), Jianxuan Lei (PhD candidate), Nien-chi Liu (PhD '98), and Yongjin Nho (PhD '98) made presentations. As President-elect, John Budd presided over the program, and became LERA President at the conclusion of the conference. Professor Budd joins the esteemed Professor Dale Yoder as presidents of LERA from the Center for Human Resources and Labor Studies (CHRLS). Professor Yoder was president in 1957, when LERA was known as the Industrial Relations Research Association, and when CHRLS was known as the Industrial Relations Center.
