Eligible students and household members can receive up to three virtual or in-person counseling sessions per concern, with support available 24/7.

Counseling can help with concerns such as:

A strong interview starts before the interview begins.

Taking time to research an organization can help you answer questions more thoughtfully, connect your experience to the role, and ask stronger questions of your own.

Before your next interview, spend a few minutes researching:

✓ The organization’s mission and values
✓ Recent projects, announcements, or priorities
✓ The responsibilities of the position
✓ The team or department you may be joining
✓ Two or three thoughtful questions you want to ask

You do not need to memorize the company website. Focus on understanding the organization well enough to have a meaningful conversation.
