The Bailum Commons Coworking Cooperative (BCC) was founded in 2015 to provide an affordable, supportive, and enjoyable co-working space. We seek to create an inclusive and supportive work environment that is democratically managed and conscientious in its practices. BCC operates as a cooperative and has historically had 5-6 members working a combination of full-time and part-time. BCCC's current space is a wood-floored room on the third floor wing of a historic church to the west of Dinkytown. Our space has wireless internet, natural light, high ceilings, access to large and small meeting rooms, access to a kitchen, A/C, radiator heat, & street parking. MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
--> FULL TIME ($200/month + 5hrs/month for 24/7 access)
--> PART TIME ($100/month for 3 days/week)
--> MEMBERSHIP SHARE: All members must pay $100 upon joining (payment plans available) as their share in the cooperative. The Bailum Commons Coworking Cooperative (BCCC) was founded in 2015 to provide an affordable, supportive, and enjoyable co-working space. We seek to create an inclusive and supportive work environment that is democratically managed and conscientious in its practices.

BCCC operates as a cooperative and has historically had 5-6 members working a combination of full-time and part-time. This fall we're going down to 2 full-time members, and we'd like to bring in at least 1-2 new full-time and 1-2 new part-time members.

Hey friends, we're recruiting new members to our affordable and community-oriented coworking coop! We're going down to 2 full-time members and would love to bring in at least 1-2 full-time and 1-2 part-time members! We are leaving our space at 26th Ave and E Franklin Ave and currently looking for new space with a lot of the same community feel, amenities, space for meetings, etc as our current space.
