Our annual conference brings together health care leaders, clinicians, and industry partners to talk about what’s changing across health care and how organizations are responding.

Many conversations about AI focus on speed, efficiency and what the technology can do next.

Seth Ketron, an associate professor of marketing at Opus College, studies how emerging tech is already influencing the way people shop, interact and make decisions. His work focuses on consumer behavior, sensory marketing and tech like virtual and augmented reality, including how digital experiences can shape perception, trust and choice.

One area he’s watching closely is the shift from scripted virtual experiences to environments that respond in real time. In retail, that could mean adaptive shopping spaces that subtly change around consumers as they browse.
