A master’s degree is an investment in where your career can go.

At the Adkerson School of Accountancy, our graduate programs are designed to help you build more than technical accounting knowledge. From professional judgment and communication to AI, data analytics, teamwork, and career development, you’ll develop skills that can carry with you throughout your career.

Soon after graduating with his undergraduate degree, Carter Shannon learned that he had been awarded the Cyril F. “Duke” Flad Award from his fraternity, Lambda Chi Alpha. This is the highest recognition an undergraduate student can receive within the fraternity, with only one member selected each year. This is an incredible accomplishment, and we are so proud of Carter and all of the hard work that led to this recognition.

Carter has chosen to continue his education with the Adkerson School of Accountancy, where he will pursue his Master of Professional Accountancy, prepare for the CPA exam, and serve as a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life.

Congratulations, Carter, on this incredible achievement! We can’t wait to see all that you accomplish during your next year of continued education.

Beta Alpha Psi students can take advantage of early entry at 3:30 PM, with all accounting students welcome to attend beginning at 4:00 PM. The Tutoring Lab is OPEN!! Our Graduate Assistants are here and ready to help you with any questions you have about Principles of Financial or Managerial Accounting problems!

Have a question about your homework? Our GAs are ready to help! We just ask that you come with an attempt already completed so they can help you work through the problem and show you the proper way to find the solution. Keep in mind that tutoring hours will not be available on the Monday or Tuesday following an exam. Our GAs can’t wait to help you!
