Registration is now open for the 2026 Virtual Knowledge Translation Conference, Evolution in Knowledge Translation, which will take place on October 19th, 20th, and 22nd. The conference features sessions and speakers representing a wide range of practices, roles, and methods used to move research evidence into practice. Attendees will learn how KT changes across contexts and practical strategies that support resilient, effective KT efforts. Registration is free and attendees can earn up to 9.5 continuing education credits.

Family Voices is offering free online certificate programs designed for youth and families who want to transform health care. Whether you want to develop new leadership skills, expand your impact on national policy, or help your organization create sustainable family engagement initiatives, we have the program for you. Each online program is delivered through monthly Zoom meetings starting in fall 2026 and ending in summer 2027.

Families of children and youth with special health care needs or disabilities
Youth 14+ with special health care needs/disabilities
Teams and initiatives from family-serving organizations looking to build sustainable youth and family engagement in their work
