The UM Advocates is a student group that is dedicated to the needs of the student through the transition process from high school to college, small setting to larger setting, and any other questions that they may have regarding college. Our group is made up of just around 50 members and all are students that come from different backgrounds and yield unique perspectives and experiences that help make this group a microcosm of information that someone can relate to.

We have loved watching our new students grow into their new community! Over the past two days, each group has partnered with an organization, either on campus or in the Missoula area! Together, a variety of projects have been completed. These projects have ranged from hands-on STEM experiences to working outside with the National Museum of Forest Service History!

Day 2 of the Big Sky Experience! Today was all about meeting new people, finding our small groups, and making so many memories with the class of 2030! We got to meet so many new faces, take our BIG class picture, and connect with all of the different colleges within the University of Montana.
