😏🍗 Do you want some free food at the end of the semester by just walking into a department? Take a break from freaking out over finals on 4/26/23 | 12 PM - 4 PM and come visit the Title IX office, specializing in pregnancy and parenting accommodations, fighting against s*x discrimination, harassment, stalking, etc! We are in the Athletics Annex in Suite 50. This is a public event. You do not have to have a Title IX case to come and eat free food. We raised $612 (90% proceeds) for the Mobile R**e Crisis Center under Lifelines Counseling Services and $68 (10% proceeds) for VDay.com through the 3/29/23 Va**na Monologues play! Please see the pictures of the play cast and audience who came to support the stories of women, young and old! We are so proud and thankful for all of your help. The main photographer for these pictures is Khalil Foley, who had to crouch down in the middle of the play to get upfront shots. 📷💥

campaign is on! A friend/family member is usually the first person a victim confides in after an assault, and immediately disregarding or being indifferent to the event may devalue the victim's fear and experience. This is insidious to the world of s*xual assault victims and awareness. So do your best to make a pledge, because the Title IX office graduate assistant Buu and interns Ty and Doug are:

"When someone tells me they were abused or s*xually assaulted, I pledge to: Start By Believing"

Check out the results of our 3/19/23 red duct tape photoshoot with our University of South Alabama Va**na Monologue actresses. Many of these students are affiliated with University of South Alabama Department of Theatre and Dance, which is collaborating with us on Va**na Monologues, a 1996 episodic play on body image, ge***al mutilation, s*xualities, and more! Our own Title IX specialist Julia Kristman was the photographer!
