Bethel Engineering is searching for an entry level structural engineer. The position entails timber, concrete, masonry, and steel design in the residential and commercial industries. The engineer will need to either know or be willing to quickly learn AutoCAD, EnerCalc, and RISA3D. The engineer should also know basic Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel. The engineer should have their FE exam passed and be on track to take the PE exam. The engineer also has potential to so civil design work as well.

ASPE Scholarship Awards

Each year, the Alabama Society of Professional Engineers awards a scholarship to an engineering student. It is now time to apply for this coveted scholarship opportunity!

Eligibility:

Must be currently enrolled in an ABET accredited engineering program at a college or university in the State of Alabama.
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident of the U.S and the State of Alabama.
Must be a sophomore or junior at the time of the award.
Must complete this application by the deadline and submit all the required information on the application form, submit an essay, and provide a certified college transcript and letters of recommendation.
Preference will be given to students who an ASPE member or an Engineering Program Professor sponsor.
Other Conditions:
The scholarship award will be given to a student who demonstrates financial need and meets the standards of the ASPE Scholarship Committee.
Complete application packets must be submitted in full to be considered for review.
