🍎 A Little Apple Butter Magic in Progress 🍎

Twenty-two pounds of apples are headed for the roaster today as I prepare for my upcoming baking class through USA Continuing Education.

Tomorrow these fresh apples will become rich, slow-cooked apple butter that we’ll use to make Apple Butter Brioche Cinnamon Rolls. There’s something special about watching simple ingredients transform with a little time and patience.

One of my favorite parts of baking isn’t the finished product—it’s the process. The quiet hours. The anticipation. The way the kitchen slowly fills with the scent of apples, cinnamon, and home.

Tomorrow: apple butter.
Soon: cinnamon rolls.
Always: full circle. ❤️
