The Turlock Police Department is currently accepting applications for two part-time clerical openings — one position within Animal Services and one within the Records Unit.

These positions play an important behind-the-scenes role in helping support the day-to-day operations of the department through customer service, organization, data entry, recordkeeping, and administrative support.

We’re looking for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while interacting with the public and department staff.

Position details:
• Part-time positions
• One opening in Animal Services
• One opening in Records
• $16.90 - $23.56/hour
• High school diploma or GED required
• Clerical, administrative, customer service, or office experience is desirable
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills are important

These positions can be a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in public safety, local government, records management, or administrative support services.

We are so proud to celebrate Giselle as she officially begins her new career as a Dental Assistant after successfully completing the Dental Assisting program last month. 🦷✨

From day one, Giselle showed heart and a bright smile that could light up any dental office! As a first-time college student AND a dedicated mother, she balanced school, family, and clinical training with perseverance. she absolutely "drilled it"! 🦷💪 😄🪥

Her journey is proof that with commitment and a supprotive enrivoirment anything is possible.
