Howdy!

Come by our first Open House today from 9am - 1pm. You will get to meet our staff, tour ODS, and learn about what we do and the services we provide. We are located on the south end of campus in the Academic Programs & Support Center (APSC 405). Treats and refreshments will be served.

Can’t make it tomorrow? ODS will be having another Open House on Tuesday, October 24th from 1pm - 4pm in WUC. ASL interpreters will be provided during both Open House events.

Hello campus community,

Happy fall and welcome to the Fall 2023 term. ODS is looking forward to working with our WOU community for the fall term. If you have any questions about accommodations at WOU please reach out to us at [email protected] or 503-838-8250.

Great campus resource and one of the qualifications is having a documented disability!

SEP is still accepting applications for THIS school year!

You can start meeting with an SEP advisor and getting personalized, holistic advising and support starting right away - no need to wait until next Fall to join! We provide access to SEP advisors both in person and online via email or Zoom meetings. We also have a large textbook lending library our SEP students are welcome to use, and we lend out graphing calculators and chromebooks, too!

REMINDER!!!!
All WOU Students!

Students, make sure you’re in compliance with WOU’s immunization requirements for the COVID-19 and MMR vaccinations to avoid a medical registration hold for winter term.

Winter term registration begins November 15 and medical holds will be placed November 5. Make sure to get your verification completed this week to avoid the hold.

Not sure how to submit your verification or want to confirm you’ve already done it? Here’s how to do that.

1. Log into your WOU Portal and click the “Medicat Patient Portal” widget.

2. Once you’re logged in there, click the “immunization” link in the menu at the top of the page.

3. Check the “required immunizations” section if you’re not sure whether you’re in compliance.

4. If you need to submit documentation, input the dates of your immunizations and click “submit.”

5. Upload your immunization document by clicking “upload” on the menu at the top of the page. This must be done for the Student Health and Counseling Center to confirm immunization compliance.
