May is mental health awareness month. Mental health awareness month focuses on mental health wellbeing, raising awareness, and reducing stigma. Not only is May a time to recognize the Importance of mental health, May can also be a stressful time for students. This is the point of the year where students are wrapping up the year, applying for graduate school, and saying bye to friends for the summer.
