👋 Hi everyone! It’s Sabina, CAPS Mental Health Ambassador. Here’s your 30-second reminder to take care of you this finals week.

😥Stressful thoughts pop up during finals, like, ‘I’m behind’ or ‘I can’t do this.’

💚Remember: thoughts aren’t facts. Pause, breathe, and talk to yourself like you would a friend.

👋 Hey RedHawks! I’m Bia, a CAPS MentaI Health Ambassador.

🚶‍♀️I know finals can feel nonstop, but taking short, real breaks actually helps you focus better. Step away from your screen, stretch, grab a snack, or take a quick walk.

📖 You need that reset to keep going strong!

👋 Hi everyone! It’s Victoria Grabois, CAPS Mental Health Ambassador. Here’s your 30-second reminder to take care of you this finals week!

🪫 Finals week can make it feel like you have to run on empty, but rest is part of studying.

😴 A 20-minute nap or a good night’s sleep helps your brain actually remember what you’ve studied. Rest is productive!

👋 Hi, I’m Afsin Rehman, a CAPS Mental Health Ambassador. Finals season is here! Let’s talk about how to stay grounded and recharge.

📚 During finals, it’s easy to compare yourself to others. Who’s done studying, who’s not.

🍃 Remember, everyone moves at their own pace. Instead of comparing, try connecting.

👯‍♀️ Study with a friend like me, or just check in and encourage each other!

👋 What’s up Red Hawks! I’m Sam Alvarez with the CAPS Mental Health Ambassadors.

📚 It is no doubt that finals are tough. But, taking care of your mental health can make all of the difference. So here’s your Recharge tip.

🧘‍♀️ You don’t need a full meditation session to relax. Try one deep breath between study sessions — in through your nose, out through your mouth. Or use an app like Calm or TAO Connect for a 2-minute mindfulness break.

📱 And guess what? Both of these apps are free to MSU students. Visit the CAPS website to sign up today. And remember small moments add up. Good luck with finals guys!

We might be a day behind, but taking care of yourself is always on time. This week’s wellness wednesday post is focused on gratitude.

Gratitude isn’t just about saying “thanks”, it’s about noticing the small things that bring you joy.

Taking a moment each day to reflect on what you’re grateful for can boost your mood, lower stress, and even improve sleep.

Try this: Write down 3 things you’re grateful for, and one person you appreciate.

Even the smallest bits of gratitude can create big shifts in how you feel.

Gratitude doesn’t have to be big — it’s the little things that count.
Pause, notice, and appreciate the good moments today.
