Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc., founded in 1929 in Chicago, Illinois, is a national business and professional women’s organization which strives to:

mprove the status of women in our highly complex, competitive business and professional world;

- Promote increased interest in the broad field of business education among high school and college young women through planned programs and scholarships;

- Encourage the development of personal goals and leadership potential; and

- Establish and promote civic and social service activities for youth and adults. Regional Deadline: Nov 30th

The Fredda Witherspoon National Scholastic Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded annually to a female graduating high school senior wishing to pursue a college degree in business related fields. National Postmark by: Jan 31st

National Future Iota Leaders Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded annually to a deserving Future Iota Leader (FIL) pursuing a degree in the field of business. National Postmark by: Feb 28th

Dorethea N. Hornbuckle National Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to a youth pursuing a degree in the field of business, science or engineering. National Postmark by: Mar 15th

Alice P. Allen National Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to a teenage mother desiring to further her education beyond high school. National Postmark by: Apr 1st
