OSB Internship Spotlight:

Meet Kai Kringlie, a 2027 Business student concentrating in Finance with a minor in Accounting!

This summer, Kai worked as an Insights Intern at Choice Bank, where he had the opportunity to explore different departments and learn how they work together. One project he was most proud of was presenting to the bank’s C-suite, sharing his internship experience and perspective on the future of banking for young people. Kai also applied his accounting knowledge when reviewing loan presentations and analyzing company financials to better understand what the numbers meant for businesses and the bank. His advice to students is to build your network while in college and remember that you’re interviewing the company just as much as they’re interviewing you!

Dr. Marcia Scarpin took the Logistics Management class to tour Border States's facility. This partnership with Border States showcases the value Concordia puts on meaningful connections and real world experiences. The students will be paired up with their mentors from Border States to create projects based on Order Fulfillment Excellence, Warehouse/Logistics Optimization, and Long Product Network Design.
