🌸🍽️ Taste of the South 2026 is Back!
Get ready for an unforgettable evening of bold Southern flavors, soulful energy, live music, and community celebration as the Black History Committee and Culinary Arts Program proudly present the 3rd Annual Taste of the South on Friday, June 19, 2026, at 6 PM inside the Hospitality & Culinary Arts Center.
More than just a dinner, Taste of the South is a celebration of culture, cuisine, scholarship, and student excellence. Our talented culinary students and graduates have trained and competed at elite levels, including SkillsUSA competitions, the Escoffier Dinner Series, and international culinary programs in France. Now, they’re bringing those skills to your table for one unforgettable night.
🔥 Guests will enjoy an incredible five-course dining experience featuring Southern-inspired dishes crafted with creativity, tradition, and flavor:
🍴 Passed Hors d’oeuvres
• Oxtail Bites with jalapeño cheddar cornbread, cream cheese & chives
