Please join us in welcoming Hubbard Street Dance Chicago to the Lyell B. Clay Concert Theatre on Friday September, 4th. Members of the professional dance company will be performing a repertoire of pieces ranging from choreographers including Nacho Duato, Bob Fosse, Gwen Verdon, and Aszure Barton. WVU dance is honored to have the privilege of welcoming Hubbard Street Dance Chicago to our campus! During their time here, they will be hosting a public master class (free and open to you!) taught by experienced professionals of a world-renowned dance company. Hubbard Street Dance Chicago is a celebrated contemporary dance company that has been recognized for strong, kinetic choreographic works shared across not just the United States, but globally. That being said, we are so glad that they have come here to share their expertise with the Morgantown community. This is an amazing opportunity that we hope to see bring together a creative community of people seeking to learn from an amazing group of artists!

SDA headshots will be taking place this upcoming Saturday, August 29th! This is a great opportunity for anyone (yes, even non dancers!) to get professional headshots done by our photographer YESINIA SILVA | WV PHOTOGRAPHER. Sessions are 5 minutes, with the option to add 2 additional time slots, $5 for each additional slot. If you are looking to sign up, click the link in our bio before spots are filled.
